Prior to his foray into Bethsaida Group as a professional entrepreneur, he garnered cognate experience and interest in Finance, Treasury Management, Investment Management, Business Development, Telecommunications & Technology, Infrastructures, Energy/Oil & Gas, Real Estate and Strategy. He pioneered a philanthropy center; catering to the needs of youth and unemployed in the areas of business empowerment, skills acquisition, financial literacy and financial care.
He has attended top notched global and local accredited courses in Finance, Banking, Investment, Alternative investment strategy, Leadership and Management. He serves on the board of many notable companies / organizations in Nigeria and abroad. He is an associate member of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), a distinguished Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN)
Aderonke is a Business Growth Expert, Financial, Marketing and Management professional with over 14 years’ experience that transverses Financial Strategy and Financial Advisory, SME Developmental Finance, Investment Banking, financial performance measurement, Business analytics, Marketing, Corporate Strategies,
Enterprise Risk Management, Sales and Administration.
Aderonke previously worked at Keystone Bank’s Commercial Banking Group, where she conducted credit structuring, loan syndication and managing key relationships. She also worked at Stanbic IBTC Bank as a Segment Manager where she was responsible for developing strategies to promote business growth, customer acquisition, retention and profitability.
She started her career with Access Bank Plc and was an active member of the team that managed the disbursement of the first IFC (the finance arm of the World Bank) line of credit of $15mm specifically earmarked for women entrepreneurs to over 100 women-owned businesses before moving to the business group of a new generation bank.
In furtherance of her professional and managerial exposures, she joined Core Capital Limited a subsidiary of CFS Group – Commercial with responsibilities for lending and investment before moving on to Bethsaida Group of Companies Limited as a General Manager where She is responsible for the running and management of the
Investment Subsidiary of the Group: Bethsaida Investment Partners Limited Ronke has a Bachelors degree in Food Technology, she also holds an MBA (Finance) from Obafemi Awolowo University; She is currently a student member of The Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
Ibrahim is a holder of Executive Master’s Degree in Finance (MBA) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomosho, a SEC-Sponsored individual, who is also an Associate, Investment Advisors & Portfolio Managers(IAPM), and an alumnus of Harvard Business School at the executive education level (Disruptive Strategy).
He has over 14 years working experience in Investment Banking, Asset Management, Trusteeship, Commercial Banking and Insurance Services having gone through the files and ranks in both capital and money markets.
He was Head, Collective Investment Schemes before joining Bethsaida Africa.
He has also gone through several local and international trainings such as; Non Interest Finance and Alternative source of Finance, Bonds, Fixed Income Investment (UAE) Dubai, Professional Asset Management as well as Real Estate Investment Portfolio Management.
Emem Nkamare is the Head HR at Bethsaida Investment Partners Ltd and a certified HR Professional
with 10 years’ work experience spanning across several sectors including Telecommunications ,
Banking , Consulting and Financial Services. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from
Covenant University and the Professional in Human Resources International (PHRi) certificate from the
HR Certification Institute in the United States.
Over the years, she has received in-depth trainings and experiences from various organizations which
led to her nurturing a passion for people management. . Her specialties include Performance
Management and, Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition. She has previously worked with MTN and

People Operations Manager, where she fulfilled a broad range of HR functions, including recruiting and
training employees, administering benefits, learning and development, employee relations, people
operations while interfacing with Senior Management Executives and Boards on People issues.
Emem is responsible for driving performance management strategy and other people initiatives that
create a high-performance work organization at Bethsaida Group.
